Ingredients:
- 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian rolls
- 1 lb extra-lean deli ham, thinly sliced
- 8 oz reduced-fat Swiss cheese slices
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp dried minced onions
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Use a serrated knife to slice the entire slab of rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Layer the extra-lean ham evenly across the bottom bread half, then top with an overlapping layer of Swiss cheese. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, dried minced onions, garlic powder, and poppy seeds to create the glaze.
- Pour the glaze over the rolls, using a pastry brush to ensure even coverage across the tops and into the crevices.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the tops are crispy and golden-brown.
