Ingredients:
- 4 ears of fresh corn, husks removed
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
Instructions:
- Pat the corn dry with a paper towel to ensure a better sear.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cracked black pepper.
- Using a silicone basting brush, lightly coat each ear of corn with the oil and seasoning mixture.
- Preheat your grill to high heat (approximately 400°F / 200°C).
- Place the corn directly on the grates and grill for 10–12 minutes, turning every 2–3 minutes until the kernels are bright, opaque yellow with scattered mahogany-colored charred spots.
- Remove the corn from the grill and serve immediately.
