  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice, honey (or maple syrup), lime zest, and the small pinch of salt until fully emulsified and smooth.
  4. Gently pour the glaze evenly over the fruit mixture. Using a large spatula or spoon, gently toss the fruit to ensure everything is lightly coated, being careful not to mash softer fruits.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped fresh mint over the salad and give one final, gentle fold.
