Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) if preparing puff pastry dippers. Roll out pastry, brush lightly with melted butter, sprinkle generously with the cinnamon-sugar mixture, cut into strips, and bake until golden brown (about 10-12 minutes). Set aside. If using pre-made dippers, skip this step.
  2. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add the brown sugar and melted butter to the cream cheese mixture; beat until just combined.
  4. Whisk in the corn syrup, lightly beaten eggs, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon until the mixture is smooth and homogenous.
  5. Gently fold in the majority of the chopped pecans, reserving a handful for the top.
  6. Pour the Pecan Pie Dip mixture into a lightly greased 9-inch oven-safe skillet or 8x8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the reserved pecans over the top.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the edges are set and slightly puffed, and the center has only a very slight wobble.
  8. Let the dip rest for 5 minutes after removing it from the oven. Serve immediately while warm alongside your cinnamon sugar dippers, apple slices, or cookies.
