Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz / 170g each)
- 4 tablespoons (57g) unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic.
- Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Pour garlic butter evenly over the chicken.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Baste with pan juices halfway through baking (optional but recommended).
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges (if desired).
