Ingredients:
- 1 cup jasmine rice (205g)
- 1 cup water (240ml)
- ½ teaspoon salt (optional)
Instructions:
- Rinse the rice by placing jasmine rice in a fine-mesh strainer and rinsing under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
- In the Instant Pot, combine the rinsed rice, water, and salt (if using).
- Close the lid securely and set the steam release valve to Sealing.
- Select the Pressure Cook or Manual setting and cook for 4 minutes on high pressure.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes
- Open the lid, fluff the rice gently with a fork, and serve warm.
