Ingredients:
- 1 (1 ounce/30g) packet dry Ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- ½ cup vegetable oil (or olive oil) (120ml)
- 1 package (16 ounces/450g) saltine crackers (or similar rectangular crackers)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the Ranch dressing mix, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, dill weed, and vegetable oil until well combined.
- Add the saltine crackers to the bowl with the oil mixture. Gently toss to ensure each cracker is evenly coated.
- Lay the coated crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet. Use parchment paper for easy clean-up, if desired.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crackers are lightly golden and fragrant. Watch them closely as they can burn easily.
- Remove from the oven and let the crackers cool completely on the baking sheet. They will crisp up as they cool. Store in an airtight container.
