Ingredients:
- 1 oz (30ml) Light Rum (e.g., Bacardi Superior)
- 1 oz (30ml) Vodka (optional, use a neutral one!)
- 1 oz (30ml) Blue Curaçao Liqueur
- 3 oz (90ml) Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz (30ml) Cream of Coconut (e.g., Coco Lopez)
- Pineapple wedge, for garnish
- Maraschino cherry, for garnish (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Place your highball or hurricane glass in the freezer or fill it with ice while you prepare the drink.
- Add the rum, vodka (if using), blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
- Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, until well-chilled.
- Remove the ice from your chilled glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry (if desired).
