- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6-8 ounces/170-225g each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
- 1 teaspoon paprika (5ml)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano (5ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (2.5ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (2.5ml)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1.25ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (2.5ml), or to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine paprika, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle chicken breasts with olive oil, then rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides.
- Place chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Check for doneness using a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast.
