Ingredients:
- 2 oz Premium Vodka
- 1 oz White Chocolate Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Cream of Coconut (e.g., Coco Lopez)
- 1/4 oz Dry Vermouth (Optional)
- 1 Tbsp Shredded Sweetened Coconut (for rim)
- 1 small Lime or Lemon Wedge (for rimming)
- Pinch of Three Sugar Pearls or Edible Glitter (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Moisten the rim of your chilled coupe glass using the citrus wedge. Gently roll the outer edge of the rim in the shredded coconut placed on a shallow plate. Set the glass aside.
- Fill the cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
- Measure and pour the vodka, white chocolate liqueur, cream of coconut, and optional dry vermouth into the shaker.
- Secure the lid tightly. Shake hard and vigorously for 20–30 seconds until the shaker is frosty cold to the touch.
- Double-strain the mixture into the prepared, coconut-rimmed glass.
- Float the sugar pearls or a tiny pinch of edible glitter onto the surface of the drink to mimic falling snow. Serve immediately.
