Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (300g) Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup (115g) Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup (50g) Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 3 cups (510g) Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup (85g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 5 cups (300g) Mini Marshmallows

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9 inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides for easy removal.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, and sea salt. Mix until it reaches a wet sand consistency.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan using the bottom of a flat measuring cup to ensure a structural foundation.
  4. Bake the crust for 8–10 minutes until the edges are golden brown and aromatic. Remove from the oven.
  5. Immediately sprinkle the milk chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips evenly over the hot crust. Let sit for 2 minutes to allow residual heat to soften the chocolate, then smooth lightly with a spatula.
  6. Top the chocolate layer with an even layer of mini marshmallows, pressing them down slightly.
  7. Switch the oven to the broiler setting. Place the pan under the broiler for exactly 60 seconds, watching closely until the marshmallows are toasted and golden brown.
  8. Allow the bars to cool completely before slicing into 16 squares to ensure the layers set.
