Ingredients:
- 2 cups (300g) Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/2 cup (115g) Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1/4 cup (50g) Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 3 cups (510g) Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup (85g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 5 cups (300g) Mini Marshmallows
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9 inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides for easy removal.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, and sea salt. Mix until it reaches a wet sand consistency.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan using the bottom of a flat measuring cup to ensure a structural foundation.
- Bake the crust for 8–10 minutes until the edges are golden brown and aromatic. Remove from the oven.
- Immediately sprinkle the milk chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips evenly over the hot crust. Let sit for 2 minutes to allow residual heat to soften the chocolate, then smooth lightly with a spatula.
- Top the chocolate layer with an even layer of mini marshmallows, pressing them down slightly.
- Switch the oven to the broiler setting. Place the pan under the broiler for exactly 60 seconds, watching closely until the marshmallows are toasted and golden brown.
- Allow the bars to cool completely before slicing into 16 squares to ensure the layers set.
