Ingredients:
- 2 cups (300g) shredded cooked chicken breast
- 8 oz (225g) full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 0.5 cup (120ml) sour cream
- 0.5 cup (120ml) buffalo wing sauce
- 0.5 cup (120ml) ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup (115g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 0.5 cup (60g) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Beat the 8 oz softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Stop when no lumps remain.
- Fold in the 0.5 cup buffalo sauce and 0.5 cup ranch dressing.
- Stir in the 0.5 cup sour cream until the mixture looks silky and pale orange.
- Add the 2 cups shredded chicken and half of the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack.
- Transfer the mixture into your baking dish and spread it into an even layer.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and Monterey Jack over the top until the surface is fully covered.
- Bake for 20 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the top is golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with the 2 tbsp sliced green onions and serve immediately.
