Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450g) cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons (57g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Pinch of red pepper flakes

Instructions:

  1. Slice the mushrooms evenly.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, dried thyme, salt, and pepper (and red pepper flakes, if using). Give it a good stir.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the garlic butter mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Place the coated mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and slightly browned. Give them a shake halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  6. Transfer the mushrooms to a serving dish and serve immediately.
