Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 4 tablespoons (57g) unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: Pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- Slice the mushrooms evenly.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, dried thyme, salt, and pepper (and red pepper flakes, if using). Give it a good stir.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the garlic butter mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Place the coated mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and slightly browned. Give them a shake halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Transfer the mushrooms to a serving dish and serve immediately.
