Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Dill Pickle Juice
  • 1 cup Dill Pickles, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Chives, chopped (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the dill pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well.
  3. Gently fold in the diced dill pickles, fresh dill, and chives (if using). Be careful not to overmix.
  4. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from the refrigerator, give it a quick stir, and serve with your favorite dippers.
