Ingredients:
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Dill Pickle Juice
- 1 cup Dill Pickles, finely diced
- 1/4 cup Fresh Dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Chives, chopped (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the dill pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well.
- Gently fold in the diced dill pickles, fresh dill, and chives (if using). Be careful not to overmix.
- Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove from the refrigerator, give it a quick stir, and serve with your favorite dippers.
