Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced (about 6-8 medium peaches) (960g)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (50g)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15ml)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5ml)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (2g)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (8g)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (120g)
- 1 cup rolled oats (90g)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed (100g)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (3g)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (113g)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel and slice the peaches. In a mixing bowl, combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt. Drizzle in the melted butter and mix until crumbly.
- Pour the peach mixture into the baking dish. Evenly sprinkle the crumble topping over the peaches.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
