Ingredients:

  • 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced (about 6-8 medium peaches) (960g)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (50g)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15ml)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5ml)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (2g)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (8g)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (120g)
  • 1 cup rolled oats (90g)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed (100g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (3g)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (113g)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and slice the peaches. In a mixing bowl, combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt. Drizzle in the melted butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Pour the peach mixture into the baking dish. Evenly sprinkle the crumble topping over the peaches.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
