Ingredients:
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine crushed pretzels, granulated sugar, and melted butter.
- Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
- Spread evenly over the cooled crust.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved. Let the mixture cool until it thickens slightly.
- Fold in sliced strawberries. Pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
