Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  2. Stir in melted butter and milk until a soft dough forms.
  3. Allow the dough to rest for about 30 minutes at room temperature.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, and parsley.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Divide the rested dough into 12 equal pieces.
  6. Flatten each piece, place about a tablespoon of cheese filling in the center, and fold the dough around the cheese.
  7. Pinch to seal and place the cheese bombs on a lined baking sheet.
  8. Brush the tops with melted butter and bake for 15 minutes or until golden and puffed.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
