Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Stir in melted butter and milk until a soft dough forms.
- Allow the dough to rest for about 30 minutes at room temperature.
- In a separate bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, and parsley.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Divide the rested dough into 12 equal pieces.
- Flatten each piece, place about a tablespoon of cheese filling in the center, and fold the dough around the cheese.
- Pinch to seal and place the cheese bombs on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and bake for 15 minutes or until golden and puffed.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
