Ingredients:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour the quesillo mixture over the hardened caramel. Place in a roasting pan, fill with hot water halfway up the dish. Cover with foil and bake for 60 minutes.
- Remove from oven; cool in water bath for 30 minutes. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. To serve, run a knife around edges and invert onto a plate.
