Ingredients:
- 450g Rice Chex cereal
- 150g mini pretzels
- 30g Cheerios cereal
- 340g high-quality white chocolate chips
- 5g Coconut oil
- 200g Valentine's M&Ms
- 45g festive heart sprinkles
- 15g freeze-dried strawberries
Instructions:
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. In an extra-large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Chex cereal, mini pretzels, and Cheerios. Gently toss by hand to ensure even distribution.
- Place white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe glass bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir thoroughly. Repeat until the chocolate is velvety and flows off the spoon.
- Pour the melted white chocolate over the cereal and pretzel mixture. Use a rubber spatula to gently fold the mixture for 2 minutes until every piece is evenly coated in chocolate.
- Fold in the freeze dried strawberries. Adding these now allows some strawberry dust to coat the cereal, turning it slightly pink.
- Spread the coated mixture in an even layer onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Immediately sprinkle the Valentine's M&Ms and festive sprinkles over the wet chocolate so they adhere as it sets. Work quickly before the chocolate starts to firm up.
- Allow the mix to sit at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has completely hardened and set.
- Once set, break the mix into clusters and serve or store in an airtight container.
