Ingredients:

  • 450g Rice Chex cereal
  • 150g mini pretzels
  • 30g Cheerios cereal
  • 340g high-quality white chocolate chips
  • 5g Coconut oil
  • 200g Valentine's M&Ms
  • 45g festive heart sprinkles
  • 15g freeze-dried strawberries

Instructions:

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. In an extra-large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Chex cereal, mini pretzels, and Cheerios. Gently toss by hand to ensure even distribution.
  2. Place white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe glass bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir thoroughly. Repeat until the chocolate is velvety and flows off the spoon.
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate over the cereal and pretzel mixture. Use a rubber spatula to gently fold the mixture for 2 minutes until every piece is evenly coated in chocolate.
  4. Fold in the freeze dried strawberries. Adding these now allows some strawberry dust to coat the cereal, turning it slightly pink.
  5. Spread the coated mixture in an even layer onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Immediately sprinkle the Valentine's M&Ms and festive sprinkles over the wet chocolate so they adhere as it sets. Work quickly before the chocolate starts to firm up.
  7. Allow the mix to sit at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has completely hardened and set.
  8. Once set, break the mix into clusters and serve or store in an airtight container.
