Ingredients:
- 1 bunch fresh kale (approx. 300g), stems removed, leaves torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (2g)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (1g) (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (1g) (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash the kale thoroughly and dry using a salad spinner or kitchen towel to ensure the leaves are completely dry.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the kale pieces with olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Toss well until the leaves are evenly coated.
- Spread the kale in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets, ensuring the leaves aren’t overcrowded.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the chips are crispy and lightly golden.
- Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, and enjoy or store in an airtight container!
