Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and stir in sour cream and cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
