Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and stir in sour cream and cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
