Ingredients:
- 2 lbs (900 g) baby or new potatoes, halved or quartered
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) paprika
- ½ teaspoon (2 g) salt (adjusted to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon (1 g) freshly ground black pepper
- Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
- Wash and scrub the potatoes under running water. Cut the potatoes in half or quarters to ensure even cooking.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until all potatoes are evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Potatoes are ready when golden brown and fork-tender (about 20-22 minutes).
- Remove potatoes from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve while hot.
