Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken wings, split and tips removed
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (e.g., Frank
- s RedHot)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
- Place wings in a large bowl and sprinkle with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Toss well to coat evenly.
- Preheat the Farberware air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
- Cook for 25 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through for even cooking until crispy and golden brown.
- While wings are cooking, combine hot sauce, melted butter, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
- Once cooked, transfer wings to a large bowl and toss with the sauce until evenly coated, if desired.
- Serve immediately, garnished with celery sticks and dipping sauce if desired.
