  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (e.g., Frank

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
  2. Place wings in a large bowl and sprinkle with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Toss well to coat evenly.
  3. Preheat the Farberware air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
  5. Cook for 25 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through for even cooking until crispy and golden brown.
  6. While wings are cooking, combine hot sauce, melted butter, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
  7. Once cooked, transfer wings to a large bowl and toss with the sauce until evenly coated, if desired.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with celery sticks and dipping sauce if desired.
