Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (240ml) sour cream
- 1 cup (150g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup (30g) fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup (60ml) buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon (15g) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips, crudités, or toasted baguette slices for serving
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Mix in shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped spinach until evenly distributed.
- Add buttermilk, ranch seasoning, and minced garlic; stir until combined.
- Taste and add salt and pepper as desired.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips, vegetables, or toasted baguette slices.
