Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (240ml) sour cream
  • 1 cup (150g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup (30g) fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon (15g) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips, crudités, or toasted baguette slices for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Mix in shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped spinach until evenly distributed.
  3. Add buttermilk, ranch seasoning, and minced garlic; stir until combined.
  4. Taste and add salt and pepper as desired.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled with tortilla chips, vegetables, or toasted baguette slices.
