Ingredients:
- 2 lbs (900g) seedless grapes (mix of red and green)
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup (120 ml) sour cream
- ½ cup (120 ml) mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup (70g) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
- ½ cup (60g) chopped pecans or walnuts
- 2 tablespoons (30g) packed light brown sugar
Instructions:
- Thoroughly wash and dry the grapes. Halve any particularly large grapes.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer or stand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Beat until well combined and smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Gently fold the grapes into the cream cheese dressing until they are evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Longer chilling (up to a few hours) is even better!
- Just before serving, sprinkle the chopped pecans (or walnuts) and brown sugar evenly over the top of the salad. Enjoy this perfect grape salad recipe!
