Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works well)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Use a fork or mixer to combine until smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into an 8x8-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with dippers.
