Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works well)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup buffalo sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Use a fork or mixer to combine until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into an 8x8-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with dippers.
