Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces (60 ml) Vodka, chilled
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • ½ ounce (15 ml) Coffee Liqueur (e.g., Kahlúa)
  • ¼ ounce (7.5 ml) Cold Brew Concentrate or strong Espresso
  • Ice Cubes (Enough to fill shaker)
  • Chocolate Shavings or Coffee Beans (For Garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Chill the serving glass (Coupe or Martini glass) in the freezer, or fill it with ice water and set aside while preparing the cocktail.
  2. Using a jigger or accurate measuring spoons, measure the vodka, Baileys, coffee liqueur, and coffee concentrate.
  3. Add all measured liquid ingredients directly into the cocktail shaker.
  4. Fill the shaker two-thirds full with fresh, solid ice cubes.
  5. Seal the shaker tightly and shake hard and vigorously for 15–20 seconds to ensure maximum chill and slight dilution.
  6. Discard the ice/water from your chilled serving glass.
  7. Double-strain the mixture (using both the shaker strainer and a fine mesh strainer, if available) into the chilled glass for a silky texture.
  8. Garnish immediately by sprinkling the top with finely grated chocolate or floating three coffee beans on the surface. Serve straight away.
