Ingredients:

  • 1 liter unsweetened 100% cranberry juice
  • 1 liter apple cider
  • 0.25 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 liter ginger ale, chilled
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 2 large Honeycrisp apples, thinly sliced
  • 5 cinnamon sticks

Instructions:

  1. Combine the 1 liter cranberry juice and 1 liter apple cider in a large container.
  2. Stir in the 0.25 cup lime juice until the colors are fully integrated.
  3. Add the 5 cinnamon sticks to the juice mixture. Note: This allows the spices to steep.
  4. Refrigerate the base for at least 2 hours until the flavors are deeply married and cold.
  5. Slice the 2 Honeycrisp apples into thin rounds just before you're ready to serve.
  6. Transfer the chilled juice base into your final serving bowl or pitcher.
  7. Pour the 1 liter chilled ginger ale slowly down the side of the bowl. Wait until the foam settles before stirring.
  8. Drop in the 2 cups fresh cranberries and the apple slices.
  9. Stir gently once or twice with a long spoon until the fruit is evenly distributed.
  10. Serve immediately in glasses over fresh ice to maintain maximum sparkle.
