Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 3/4 cup milk
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the chicken mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the chilled butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the milk until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit batter over the chicken mixture, covering it as evenly as possible.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the biscuits comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
