Ingredients:
- 1 large frozen banana (sliced)
- 1/2 cup (120g) cottage cheese (4% or 2%)
- 2 tablespoons (32g) natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 scoop (approx. 25g) vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon (5g) chia seeds or flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 3-4 ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Place all liquid ingredients into the blender jar first (Milk, then Peanut Butter).
- Add the Cottage Cheese, Protein Powder, and Chia/Flax Seeds next.
- Finally, add the Frozen Banana slices and any optional Ice Cubes or Sweetener on top.
- Start blending on a low speed to incorporate the ingredients, then quickly ramp up to high speed.
- Blend continuously until the mixture is completely smooth and thick. If the mixture is too thick to move, add milk one tablespoon at a time until the blades move freely.
- Serve immediately in a tall glass.
