Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 9 oz cheese tortellini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and sliced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- span¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)/span
- span1 cup heavy cream/span
- span½ cup chicken broth/span
- span½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated/span
- spanFresh basil or parsley for garnish/span
Instructions:
- Add the thinly sliced chicken breasts to the skillet; cook until golden brown on both sides (about 4–5 minutes per side). Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Return the cooked chicken to your creamy sauce mixture in the skillet; stir well to combine.
- Add your drained tortellini into the skillet; toss gently until everything is coated in sauce.
- Garnish your dish with fresh basil or parsley along with extra Parmesan before serving.
