Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for frying
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
  3. Form mixture into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the meatballs in batches and cook until browned on all sides (approximately 6–8 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet used for meatballs melt butter over medium heat.
  7. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  8. Pour in heavy cream; bring to a gentle simmer while stirring continuously.
  9. Gradually whisk in grated Parmesan cheese until smooth; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Return cooked meatballs to the skillet with Alfredo sauce; gently stir to coat each meatball evenly with sauce.
