Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, diced ham, and Swiss cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together heavy cream, egg, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken mixture and mix until evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish and spread evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and paprika.
- Evenly sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the casserole and bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
