Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, diced ham, and Swiss cheese.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together heavy cream, egg, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken mixture and mix until evenly coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish and spread evenly.
  6. In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and paprika.
  7. Evenly sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the casserole and bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
