Ingredients:
- 1 cup ginger ale
- 1.5 tbsp grenadine syrup
- 0.5 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 3 maraschino cherries
- 1 lemon wheel
Instructions:
- Fill a highball glass to the brim with ice to ensure the ingredients stay carbonated and chilled.
- Pour the chilled ginger ale and fresh lemon juice over the ice, leaving about an inch of space at the top of the glass.
- Slowly pour the grenadine directly into the center of the glass, allowing it to sink and create a gradient effect.
- Give the drink one very gentle stir with a bar spoon to lightly incorporate without dissipating the carbonation.
- Garnish with maraschino cherries and a thin lemon wheel before serving.
