Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened (225g)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (120ml)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (120ml)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (50g)
  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese (25g)
  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (400g)
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry (280g)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (around 2 tsp)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley or chives (optional garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In the saucepan, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  2. Place the saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir constantly until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Add the chopped artichoke hearts, squeezed spinach, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  4. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through and bubbly. About 5-7 minutes. Be careful not to burn the bottom!
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives (optional). Serve immediately with your favorite dippers.
