Ingredients:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened (225g)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (120ml)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (120ml)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (50g)
- 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese (25g)
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (400g)
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry (280g)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (around 2 tsp)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley or chives (optional garnish)
Instructions:
- In the saucepan, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
- Place the saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir constantly until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add the chopped artichoke hearts, squeezed spinach, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through and bubbly. About 5-7 minutes. Be careful not to burn the bottom!
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives (optional). Serve immediately with your favorite dippers.
