Ingredients:
- 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces (115g) sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 2 ounces (55g) blue cheese, crumbled (like Stilton or Gorgonzola)
- 1/4 cup (15g) fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup (100g) pecan halves
- 1/2 cup (150g) Chutney of your choice
Instructions:
- Spread pecan halves on a baking sheet and toast in a preheated oven until fragrant and lightly browned.
- Roughly chop toasted pecans using a food processor or by hand.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add cheddar cheese, blue cheese, chives, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Roll cheese mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Place cheese balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour until firm.
- Roll each chilled cheese ball in the chopped pecans, pressing gently to adhere.
- Arrange Cheesy Chive Bomb Bites on a serving platter and serve with chutney.
