Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (300 g) cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup (50 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package (1 lb or 450 g) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface. If necessary, roll out to a rectangle about ¼-inch thick.
  4. Cut the dough into rectangles (about 6x4 inches). Place a generous spoonful of the filling on one end of each rectangle. Roll the dough over the filling, tucking in the edges as you go.
  5. Place the rolls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
