Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 small slider buns (e.g., Hawaiian rolls)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (for the tops)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Cut the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms intact. Place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom buns and place the top halves on top.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush this mixture generously onto the tops of the slider buns.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and sprinkle with chopped parsley (if using). Cut and serve warm.
