Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (120ml) extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Add the dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes to the oil and vinegar mixture.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Whisk all ingredients together until well combined.
- Let the mixture sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes (or longer!) to allow the flavors to meld and deepen.
