Ingredients:
- 2 pints Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 pound Bocconcini (small mozzarella balls)
- 2 bunches Fresh Basil
- 1/2 cup Balsamic Glaze
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (optional)
- Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. Drain the bocconcini and gently pat them dry with paper towels. If making your own balsamic glaze, do that now.
- Thread one cherry tomato, one bocconcini ball, and one basil leaf onto each skewer. Repeat the pattern until the skewer is almost full, aiming for a visually appealing arrangement.
- Place the assembled Caprese Skewers on a serving platter.
- Drizzle the skewers with balsamic glaze. If desired, lightly drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Serve the Caprese Skewers immediately for the best flavor and freshness.
