Ingredients:
- 1 package (3 ounces/85g) Lemon Jell-O
- 1 cup (240ml) boiling water
- 1/2 cup (120ml) cold water
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Vodka (80 proof recommended) or White Rum
- 1 package (3 ounces/85g) Orange Jell-O
- 1 cup (240ml) boiling water
- 1/2 cup (120ml) cold water
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Vodka (80 proof recommended) or White Rum
- 1 package (3 ounces/85g) Unflavored Gelatin
- 1/2 cup (120ml) cold milk (whole or 2% recommended)
- 1 1/2 cups (360ml) boiling water
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Vodka (80 proof recommended) or White Rum
Instructions:
- Dissolve lemon Jell-O in boiling water. Stir in cold water and vodka. Pour evenly into shot glasses, filling about 1/3 of the way. Chill until set (approximately 1 hour).
- Repeat the process using orange Jell-O. Once the yellow layer is firm, carefully pour the orange Jell-O mixture on top, filling the glasses another 1/3 of the way. Chill until set (approximately 1 hour).
- Bloom the unflavored gelatin in the cold milk. Dissolve in boiling water. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and vodka. Let cool slightly.
- Once the orange layer is firm, carefully pour the white gelatin mixture on top to fill the shot glasses completely.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until all layers are completely set.
