Ingredients:
- 2 cups (300g) shredded cooked chicken breast
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Buffalo wing sauce
- 4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 pack (12 count) King's Hawaiian rolls
- 1 1/2 cups (170g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tbsp (42g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp (2g) garlic powder
- 1 tbsp (4g) fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, fold together the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and softened cream cheese until the chicken is fully coated.
- Slice the entire pack of rolls in half horizontally to create one giant top and one giant bottom.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the shredded mozzarella across the bottom buns, then spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the cheese.
- Place the remaining roll halves on top of the filling.
- Whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, and chopped parsley.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the top buns until fully saturated.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
