Ingredients:
- 4 (6 ounce / 170g) Arctic Char fillets, skin on or off
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup (50g) packed light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons (10ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Pat the Arctic Char fillets dry with paper towels. Place skin-side down (if applicable) on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, brown sugar, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the brown sugar Dijon mixture evenly over the top of each Arctic Char fillet.
- Bake, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Season with extra salt and pepper if needed. Serve immediately.
