Ingredients:

  • 4 (6 ounce / 170g) Arctic Char fillets, skin on or off
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup (50g) packed light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons (10ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Pat the Arctic Char fillets dry with paper towels. Place skin-side down (if applicable) on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, brown sugar, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Spread the brown sugar Dijon mixture evenly over the top of each Arctic Char fillet.
  5. Bake, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Season with extra salt and pepper if needed. Serve immediately.
