Ingredients:

  • 1 oz (30 ml) White Rum
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Vodka
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Blue Curaçao liqueur
  • 3 oz (90 ml) Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Cream of Coconut
  • Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry, for garnish (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. If possible, chill your hurricane glass in the freezer for at least 15 minutes before mixing the drink.
  2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the white rum, vodka, Blue Curaçao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut.
  3. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into the chilled hurricane glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry (if desired).
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly!
