Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 4 ounces White Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces Pimentos, drained and diced
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Hot Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Grate the sharp cheddar and white cheddar cheeses.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated sharp cheddar, white cheddar, and softened cream cheese.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, diced pimentos, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.
  4. Mix all ingredients together until well combined, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Add more cayenne pepper for extra heat or a pinch of salt if desired.
  6. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (preferably longer) to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. Serve chilled with crackers, vegetables, sandwiches, or as desired.
