Ingredients:
- 8 ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 4 ounces White Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 4 ounces Pimentos, drained and diced
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Hot Sauce
Instructions:
- Grate the sharp cheddar and white cheddar cheeses.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated sharp cheddar, white cheddar, and softened cream cheese.
- Add the mayonnaise, diced pimentos, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Add more cayenne pepper for extra heat or a pinch of salt if desired.
- Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (preferably longer) to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with crackers, vegetables, sandwiches, or as desired.
