Ingredients:

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel), drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups biscuit mix (like Bisquick)
  • (Optional) 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • (Optional) 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • (Optional) Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and breakfast sausage. Use your hands or a mixer to blend until smooth.
  3. Add the drained Rotel tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, biscuit mix, and any optional seasonings you wish to include. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Using your hands or a cookie scoop
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy warm!
