Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4-5 tablespoons (60-75ml) cold water
- 1 cup (200g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup (120ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup (150g) M&M candies, plus extra for garnish
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gradually add cold water, mixing until the dough holds together.
- Shape into a disc, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Fold in melted chocolate until well combined.
- Roll out the chilled pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie dish.
- Pour the chocolate filling into the crust.
- Top with M&M candies, pressing gently into the filling.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the filling is set but still gooey in the center.
- Cool at room temperature before slicing. Garnish with additional M&Ms if desired.
