Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the Potatoes: In a large mixing bowl, combine the potato wedges with olive oil or melted butter. Toss until all the potatoes are evenly coated.
  3. Add Seasoning: Sprinkle the Lipton Onion Soup Mix over the coated potatoes. If using garlic powder, add it now as well. Toss everything together until each potato wedge is thoroughly covered with the seasoning mix.
  4. Arrange in Baking Dish: Spread the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet or in a casserole dish.
  5. Bake: Bake in preheated oven for about 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside, flipping halfway through cooking time for even browning.
  6. Serve: Once cooked, remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
