Ingredients:
- 1 box (13.25 oz) white cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
- Red food coloring
- Green food coloring
Instructions:
- Step 1: Prepare Oven Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: Line Baking Sheet Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Step 3: Mix Dough In a large mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix, eggs, and olive oil until well blended.
- Step 4: Divide Dough Split the dough evenly into two separate bowls.
- Step 5: Color the Dough Add red food coloring to one bowl and green food coloring to the other bowl. Mix each until the color is evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Step6: Form Cookie Balls Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop out about 1.5 tablespoons of dough from each colored mixture and roll them into balls.
- Step7 : Coat in Powdered Sugar Roll each ball in powdered sugar until fully coated.
- 8 : Arrange on Baking Sheet Place the sugared balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1.5 inches apart.
