Ingredients:
- 500g All Purpose Flour
- 240ml Water
- 500g Ground Chicken Thighs
- 1 large Red Onion, finely minced
Instructions:
- Knead all-purpose flour and water into a firm, smooth dough. Cover and let rest for at least 30 minutes to allow gluten to hydrate.
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken thighs and minced onion. Stir vigorously in one direction to create an emulsion for a juicy filling.
- Divide the rested dough into small balls. Roll into paper-thin circles (approx. 3 inches in diameter) with edges thinner than the center.
- Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of the wrapper. Pleat the edges to seal the momo securely.
- Grease a steamer basket and arrange momos without touching. Steam over boiling water for 10-12 minutes until the skins are translucent and non-sticky.
